Abstract

Secure and reliable digital infrastructure is essential for supporting electronic-based public services, particularly in judicial institutions that manage sensitive administrative and legal data. This study aimed to implement and evaluate the SIMETRI web-based information system using a LAMP Stack architecture consisting of Debian 11, Apache HTTP Server 2.4, MariaDB 10.5, and PHP 5.6, combined with SSL/TLS-based communication security. The study employed an implementation-based case study at Pengadilan Negeri Curup. System evaluation was conducted through functional testing, ApacheBench performance testing, SSL/TLS validation, server resource monitoring, and security auditing using Lynis. The results showed that the system successfully operated over HTTPS using TLS 1.3 encryption. Performance testing recorded 186.34 requests per second, 268 ms time per request, 4.2 MB/s transfer rate, and zero failed requests. Functional testing confirmed that all main SIMETRI modules operated properly. Security assessment showed good to very good results in kernel hardening, file permissions, network security, web server security, and cryptography. These findings indicate that the proposed configuration is feasible for secure on-premise judicial information system implementation.
