Nexus of Justitia Law Review is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all necessary measures against publication malpractice. Authors who submit manuscripts to Nexus of Justitia Law Review attest that their work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors also confirm that the manuscript is their own work; that it has not been copied or plagiarized, in whole or in part, from other works; and that they have disclosed any actual or potential conflicts of interest.
